Victorian Black Enamel Swiveling Tassel Gold Brooch

This Victorian Era tassel brooch is of the finest quality. The center piece is a domed disc of gold, decorated with fine black enamel and a raised Maltese cross. The back of this disc is affixed with a hook, and a small fob or pendant piece could be hung from this. The hinged frame of classic Victorian tassel work swivels on a pinned hinge. This piece is in excellent condition.
